Great experience there. Breakfast was AMAZING, pleasant views, amazing location close enough to all tourist attractions in George Town, outside of old town and the centre of Georgetown. Bright & fairly quiet room, with a safe box and a carpet. Nice design of it.

The units are extremely pleasant and recently refurbished on level 7. The staff are competent and knowledgeable, they assisted us with luggage. The location of the hotel in George Town is perfect and amazing, close to the airport, the bus stops right outside and Miami beach.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met needs well. The location was marvellous, the breakfast was wonderful. There were a great supermarket and a convenience shop around the hotel.

I appreciated the place, its above average and enjoyable breakfast.
Stayed in a large room with king bed. The location in a very convenient area was nice and there were a market and a big supermarket nearby. Besides, a Sri Mahamariamman temple was 2 km away from the venue.

We had a real good stay and recommend this hotel to all. The location was strategic and convenient - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was huge and brand-new, offered with great views, air condition plus coffee maker. Our breakfast was above average and for vegeterians, the staff was helpful. Liked smooth check-in and late check-out. Could use their easy parking.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, making it easy to find something to eat. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby, especially in Chinatown. It was also convenient to walk around, and it only took a few minutes to drive to other places to eat. Plus, there were plenty of options within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. The room was spacious enough for all of us, with a comfortable bed and nice carpeted floors. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. We even tried the room service in the middle of the night, and the food was delicious. this place was a great choice for our family!
As for the cons, the hotel can improve on being more attentive to guest requests. However, despite this minor complaint, we highly recommend this hotel to families.
